	How do I register for the ATS site?
		1. Click on register on the home page. 2. Fill out registration information 3. Pay using your credit card 4. ATS will send you an automated email with your username and password *if you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. Sometimes automated emails gets sent there! 5. Log in from the home page with your new username and password
	My username and password isn’t working
		Try these options before calling for support 1. Username and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are putting them in exactly how it states in your email. 2. Try resetting your password by going to the “Forgot Password” button under the sign in boxes. This will send you an email that gives you a reset code. Copy the reset code and then go to the link to where you can reset your password/ 3. Call technical support 866 966-9452
	How do I reset my password?
		1. First go to the home page and click on the Forgot Password link. 2.It will take you to a page where you can request a link to reset your password. Enter the text and your email address. 3. Go to your email and you should have received an email from ATS. This email will contain a passcode and a link to complete the process. Copy the passcode and then click on the link. 4. The link will take you to a place where you should enter the reset code/passcode. Enter a new password.
	Do I have to purchase an annual membership?
		No, you can also purchase semi-annual or monthly memberships as well.
	I would like to share this with my child’s service provider or school, do you have any materials I could give them?
		Yes! Please go to the contact us link and let us know your situation. We can contact your school or service provider directly or send you the materials to give them.
